Jay-Z, Beyonce rent $1 million a year nursery for Blue Ivy at Barclays Center

Music power couple Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z are doing their best to make sure their first child, Blue Ivy Carter, lives a life of luxury. The couple reportedly has a nursery at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, where Jay-Z spends a lot of his time as a minority owner and fan of the Nets.

When Beyonce's husband Jay-Z watches basketball games at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, their daughter, Blue, 12 months, chills downstairs in a nursery!



According to Us Weekly, the "Watch the Throne" rapper rents a nursery downstairs for baby Blue -- and it's not cheap.

"Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year," a source tells the magazine. "It has an area for Blue filled with toys."
