South Korean rapper PSY used part of the fortune he received from his pop song "Gangnam Style" to buy himself a new $1.25 million condo that he paid for all in cash.
The two-bedroom, 2,700 square foot apartment is in the 29-storey Blair House, which is near Beverly Hills.
On Dec. 21, 2012, "Gangnam Style" became the first video in the history of the Internet to reach and surpass one billion views, according to Billboard.
